Track 2 from the Manic Youth EP Animals : I Love Techno. About Manic Youth : producer duo Baustein and Manlay, came up with the main idea of combining rock guitars with old school electronica. Duo bands like The White Stripes and The Black Keys were an inspiration eg. create an energetic live sound and produce onstage chemistry : Manlay (electronica / vocals), Baustein (guitars / vocals). Musical genres such as pop, techno, hiphop, dance, rock, new wave, etc. are frequently referred to. Chemical Brothers, Moby, U2, Depeche Mode, Faithless, Kings of Leon, Muse to name a few are influences.
